Simple to use & Powerful in the real world

This is excellent software. The web version and the iOS version are perfect together. Id estimate I've gained 25% more business with Base and I'm way more relaxed than before

Excellent CRM program. Impressed that they continue to improve it. Works very well on mobile device, actually probably works better than on the desktop. Tweaks I would recommend would be on search function there could be a filter that prioritises the search for the most recent or most visted record by that name to come up first and secondly being able to attach documents from Dropbox on mobile devices. Besides that it is a superb crm system.
