Don’t use this app- I wasn’t allowed on bus
I’ve had endless issues trying to use this app to get single trip tickets . Unfortunately the relevant bus line didn’t provide them via normal means on a webpage, and forces u to download the app. The app is terrible - It doesn’t load pages then just suddenly closes. By some miracle and constant refreshing I managed to buy tickets. However- It ended up crashing constantly when I was trying to get on the bus to use them. The bus driver had no mercy and kicked me off (all in French). This was very stressful. Ended up having to buy more tickets (physical tickets in person at the kiosk) and wait for the next bus. Would’ve been terrible if i was at a bus without a kiosk , or it was the last bus of the day. Customer service online only speaks French. Strong recommendation to just buy a physical ticket at the bus station.
