For high-rise office workers, a skyscraper is only as good as its elevators. And in Sky Lobby, those elevators are only as good as the person managing them! Get folks to their floors without long delays – tapping to dispatch elevator cabs, building new shafts and setting up mid-building transfers (aka sky lobbies) to prevent bottlenecks. Can you build the perfect system?
What we love: The minimalist design. People are represented by coloured shapes, with each making a melodic chime when exiting at their floor. Once you get in a flow state – building lifts and unloading passengers by the dozen – it’s the best kind of elevator music.
Quick tip: The Deep Breath power-up is a lifesaver when your elevators are slammed and passengers are about to rage. It gives everyone 10 seconds of extra patience – use that time to get out from under the crush.
Meet the creator: London-based indie developer Moya Labs originally had the elevators run themselves on schedules set by the player, but that felt too hands-off, so they gave players more control.
