Apple Fitness+ is a new kind of fitness experience – one that dynamically integrates your personal metrics from your Apple Watch to inspire like no other workout in the world.

From HIIT to yoga to dance to cycling, there’s a perfect workout for you. And your Apple Watch is the heart of it all. Using advanced algorithms and the sensors in your Apple Watch, Apple Fitness+ incorporates your personal metrics, like heart rate and calories burned, into every workout.

Apple Fitness+ also brings those stats to life on your iPhone, iPad or Apple TV to keep you informed and motivated.

When you close an Activity ring, the celebration is right there on the screen.

Workouts tailored to you

Fitness+ workouts are designed to be enjoyed anywhere, whether it’s in your living room, a hotel room, the park or the gym.

You can choose a workout as short as five minutes or as long as 45 minutes. Apple Fitness+ can also help you find your next favourite workout.

The app offers smart suggestions for new workouts to try based on the activities you typically do with the Workout app on Apple Watch, as well as other apps that integrate with the Health app.

With personalised recommendations, Fitness+ makes it easy to find your next favourite workout.

Apple Fitness+ workouts are led by some of the world’s top trainers, who were selected as much for their belief that fitness is for everyone as for their expertise.

They work together as a team, and even appear in one another’s workouts. It’s a collaboration that lifts up the whole team – and you.

You can listen to all of the great music while you work out even if you are not an Apple Music subscriber. If you are, you can save and download playlists from Fitness+ to your Apple Music library.

Apple Fitness+ requires Apple Watch Series 3 or later with watchOS 7.2 or later, paired with an iPhone 6s or later with iOS 14.3 or later. Apple Fitness+ is also available on iPad with iPadOS 14.3 or later, and Apple TV with tvOS 14.3 or later.
