I must admit that I’ve thankfully benefited from the app as it is very comprehensive and user friendly.

As it’s a paid app developers are expected to take care of their customers by maintaining the value of the delivery of the app trough regular updates.

I’ve sent emails highlighting that after the last few update of IOS to IOS 10 onwards the app was crushing and couldn’t be displayed which made it redundant and useless.

Now comes IOS 11 and the developers don’t seem to be aware of the value they are denying their customers by not updating the app.

I look forward to seeing a positive response from the developers by getting the great work and the invested effort gets it’s elegance by adding value to their customers.

Once the App is restored and maintained it deserves more than 5 stars rating but as it is now all the stars are hidden behind the clouds that’s why I’ll rate it as ONE star

أعاني من مشكلة بعد آخر تحديث، وهي:
- عند محاولة النسخ كلام من التطبيق ، يُغلق نفسه تلقائيًا.

- عند الخروج من التطبيق، ثم العودة إليه، يُحيل إلى صفحة أخرى غير التي وقفنا عليها.
