I am never satisfied with the application as I have had great difficulties in viewing my own medical record and information. In other words, it needs to be updated and streamlined. That is to say, services like ‘Health Records’, ‘Medical History’, ‘Dependents’, ‘Prescriptions’, ‘Lab Investigations’, ‘Immunisation’, ‘Procedure Reports’, ‘Vital Signs’ and ‘Documents’ require to be clarified more in terms of displaying data in the app.

I wish you could listen to my feedback and work hard to fix bugs, improve performance and stability so ‘Shifa’ is even better for all users and make regular behind-the-scenes updates to keep everything running smoothly.
