Wonderful app

The app was very helpful in my life I always travel and having all the best hotels is a must with low price... to be honest... this is the best app I ever used that made huge difference into my life and I will always be supportive at all the time... and always using it and recommend it to my friends and family... thank you for the great adventure and thank you to all that built this and thank you for making my life more easier and exciting 😊❤ lots of love !!

Scam

I made a paid booking for a hotel and i canceled it,i called the hotel they sed they will give me a refund and told me have a chat with the customer service in this app i sed a message asking refund it takes 24 hours to get a reply like the person will ask my details i sent the details tge next day they reply to ask me the hotel info and why did i cancel, i give them what they what the next day they tell me to contact the hotel for a refund like are you for real the hotel people sed they have accepted a refund the day i asked, i tell tge customer service guy that then he replies after a day my refund has been accepted and it will come to my bank in 15 working days and month after that i contact customer service again they are asking me for transaction details now i might get the refund if i give them but it this point i don't want to do anything else with the worst customer service i have ever experienced i dont need my money back keep it im done with chatting and explaining the issue to different people who come in CS chat the money is not worth my time and i will never use this app again this is the worst and i do think there is a intention in having such a ridiculous refund process i just wanted to address the scam 🤨

Disappointed

In the past, the site served well, but now there is no customer service after the service, as I had booked a room through the site, but I was surprised that the reservation was canceled a day before the trip, and I was contacted through the site saying that we are sorry, and you will be compensated, and the amount of the canceled reservation will be returned. From a week to 12 days, and today I have completed a month and a half, and I have not been compensated or returned the amount, and I have not been able to communicate with them, as the communication channel has been deleted. Frankly speaking, this is a scam. Unbelievable
