About the prices on the application

The prices that appeared on the application now are different than before!!! It’s not included the all taxes, so when we continue for Booking rooms the prices increase directly. I suggest to change the prices as it was before . Paying as we see. Thank you so much

Pathetic app plays you with help of cookies

I have experienced it recently. The plays foul if you keep checking prices to get good value of your booking. It will show you deals to book at the moment. Just want to grab booking and once you do it you are stuck. They will take 1 month to refund and will also not help you book another hotel from the money they have taken. Apart from this if you are browsing to book hotel for 2 - 3 days for better option it just saves your details and keeps increasing the price. I was checking a hotel online it was showing me 260 aed per night. Then increased to 290 aed per night. The same time i checked from my wife’s phone it was showing 250 aed per night. Then i asked my brother to check and book for us. He was able to do it for 230 aed per night. Highly recommend users to delete the app. Delete the cookies and then again check prices. Never going to use this app again. They play foul.

Worst booking app

You reserve a room and when you reach to the hotel for check in, hotel will inform you that your room is already given to someone else since you are checking in late and now you have to pay additional amount to get the upgraded room.

When you contact Agoda and tell them you had sent message to Agoda team that you will check-in late and convey this to the property. They will support to hotel only by saying that there is no record of your message even if you share proof. Since amount is already deducted from your account so you will end up paying additional amount as there is no other option.
