App freezing bug
App freezes everytime when searching for a beneficiary contact or when typing in reason for transfer
Disappointing
I cannot call it ‘Smart’ app; Most of the time it doesn’t show the latest update of my account status and last transactions.. Usually, I need to open it several times a day till I get my accounts details updated.. For example, today since morning till now, am unable to get the right amount of money available in my account; although my salary has been credited to my account, this app doesn’t show that and yet am unable to pay my commitments.

Slow and late updates
The app is very slow in comparison to other banks in Oman and it takes hours just to update the transactions you do even the balance takes hours to reflect on the current balance after doing certain transaction. Very bad experience with such an app.
