Crooks!
Worst internet provider ever! They will suddenly give you a tenth of your speed if you don’t change the password! And you can stay for months with a low speed service without knowing! Definitely go for any other service. I will surely cancel my service with them.
Payment issue
I have been trying to pay my bill through the app and it would not move forward after confirming the amount to be paid, please fix the problem.
Useless app
Since i joined awasr in August 2020, my app is not connected to my account, tried many times to visit the outlets, advised me to discuss with call center, always busy!!, useless personnel… I will give zero star
