If you already have a BDO Online Banking account, just log in with your Online Banking username and password.
If you're having trouble logging in, just follow these steps and create a new password for the BDO Online app.

On the log in screen, tap Need help logging in? > I'd like to reset my password.
Step 2
Set up your new password
Step 3
Log in with your Online Banking username and new password.
The password for the old Online Banking website and the BDO Digital Banking app is unchanged and maintained separately.

Useless
This app is totally useless, BDO digital banking is better than this, it’s easy to send money as an OFW.. there’s an option of sending money for cash pickup at any bdo branch/partner. But this app only for insta pay so disappointed.
A very low assist
This app says no need otp but they still ask my otp. I change my phone then I download again and when I register my username and password they told me I can't login I need to chang my password so I did it but unfortunately they ask OTP and I never receive OTP on my register number. I have been asking for help what I can do but it's been coming two weeks no body responds me.
