Bettr is the first step toward change. Being conscious of a problem is necessary in order to resolve it. With this app you will be able to quit smoking, start doing sport, or keep track of your regular medicines. Simply by counting the times it happens to you. You will be able to see on a calendar how many times it occurred and take action on wether to increase it or reduce it.
An habit takes 21 days to be changed, Bettr accompanies you in this first hard period, and you can keep it to track your habit as long as you want.

In this first version no data is kept from us, we don't track your habits, only you can do that.
