Description
Beyadi Aqraa is a national initiative launched by Sultan Qaboos University since 2015, which aims to help students with visual impairments to obtain their textbooks in an accessible digital format.
Since its launch, the project has managed to prepare more than 21,000 pages of study materials in various sciences and knowledge, as a large number of volunteers from public registered in the initiative contribute to build a digital library that includes unlimited number of books that students can view at any time.
Beyadi Aqraa app is the 1st Arabic platform for preparing textbooks for students with visual impairments.
