Our Zen sim makes obvious what has been too elusively simple to be understood without years of struggle.

Enkr8ia develops cognitive tools for people who sincerely want to change but feel stuck and are dissatisfied with the endless cycle of superficial hacks & fixes. They realize that lasting change must come from within - but need help finding their Way.


This sim is an interactive tool for understanding the The Enlightenment Method & can be used in conjunction with the DIY Enlightenment app to turn this process into action.


People are stuck because they’re looking for answers in all the wrong places. To ‘know the truth’ does not mean to know it theoretically, but to know it as a direct and immediate experience.

The solutions they’re seeking can’t be found in words, concepts or ideas. The key is understanding. To ask how, what is the technique, what are the steps and rules is to miss this point utterly.


Real learning is experiential and experimental. Understanding comes when you figure it out yourself. By understanding how things are, not how you wish them to be.


Our tools both inform and enable this. Tools enable you to move beyond words.

These are deep, subterranean movements with clear momentum that unfold over time. Any other type of change is superficial or possibly even dangerous because of unintended consequences.


Willpower, motivational hacks & fixes, faux positivity, manipulating your thoughts and your body are only ever short term unless there is a change in the underlying competitive balance between Fear and Desire.


Real change happens far below the surface and not until we have traveled inward and downward to those depths of self can we make any claim at self-understanding or self-awareness.


Lasting change cannot be forced, but it can be CULTIVATED with self-awareness.
