I was scammed by Expedia
I rented a car this month in Orlando. when I showed up to the car rental, i was informed that they canceled my booking because I was two hours late from pick time and the car rental informed that I can get my refund by Expedia because no charges were applied since the reservation was canceled. I contacted Expedia and I was informed that they would process the refund request for me. Then, I received an email that they can’t refund me because the car rental refused to refund the money. I emailed the car rental and they literally emailed me saying Expedia has the money!!! shame on Expedia because I have using it for the past few years!

Worst booking app ever
This is the worst booking you will ever see
They have no power over hotels and other booking places.
Once we have booked through this app and when reached to the hotel it turned out that the hotel had canceled our reservation without informing us. We contacted expedia customer service and we talked for more than 2 hours and they couldn’t do anything to get our reservation back. They tried to look for another hotel for us and they failed again.
If you want to ruin your vacation, then book through this app
