App messing up with dates issue

I have been using the app for quite a while and I paid for the subscription. My periods are irregular. Although i have logged negative ovulation tests, the app shows that I am ovulating and the average cycle days is also not accurate.. i started facing these issues since the beginning of the year but the app was really good last year. I don’t know how to fix this issue. Please help. Thank you !

Hi there! Thanks for choosing Flo! If you have irregular cycles, we recommend logging your basal body temperature, discharge, and ovulation test results to pinpoint ovulation and predict your next period. If you know your luteal phase length and the time ovulation occurs, you can predict when your next period will come. Kind Regards, Flo Team
