Change of date
Couldn’t find a way to change schedule date until I have to go back to main page and pick the items again!!
Bad experience
They first of all embarraced me saying to the recipient "this is not my area" when they asked for location, even though I've chosen "contact recipient for the location" option. Second, they delivered the wrong flower and the customer service didnt satisfy me at all, their behavior was not showing their care about me as a customer. I was telling them how disappointed am I but they kept ignoring my feeling. They told me that they will check for the correct one but there was actually no availability of that choice!!! I told them this is my first and bad experience and nothing happened no action.
They wanted to give me 20% as compensation so I can order again and get the wrong order and embarracing me again. They brought the flower as the right one but it wasnt the same as it's not available.
IT WAS A GIFT!!!!! WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN AND DELETED THE APP ALREADY.
