The Hik-connect app is designed to work with Hikvision series DVRs, NVRs and IP cameras which support Cloud P2P function. It allows you to live view your cameras remotely. All you need to do is creating an account and adding device into the account, then you can enjoy the real-time video from cameras on a global scale. It also allows you to play back recorded video to search every milestone of your life. When motion detection alarm of your device triggered, you can get an instant message notification from Hik-connect app.

1. Personal mode supports the Auxiliary Care Radar (DS-TDSB00-EKH).
2. Personal mode supports network speakers, supports uploading local audio from your phone to the network speaker, and supports configuring scheduled broadcast tasks.
3. Personal mode supports alarm output enable/disable of cameras and shared cameras.
4. Personal mode supports retrieving your encryption password/verification via email.
5. Team mode compatible with network devices.

Good update
I have issue after the last update.
It is unable me to view the play back video. Please can u sort it out next update.
Not Possible to view 2 region in 1 account.
I was having access for 2 regions at same time till last week. Now it’s says not possible to use different region in one account. I have business in gulf countries and same time I need to get access from my home country. Very sad.
Please update and allow us to access 2 regions in 1 account itself. Because it’s difficult always to log in with different accounts.
Recording issue
Guys please sort it out the record feature and playback feature.
