Delivery was supposed to be here this morning. If it was going to be delayed, a message should have been sent out- you have our phone number and our emails and all this data but youre not using it to the benefit of the customer. You made an account in store when I placed the order using my email and number, the app is supposed to show the purchase for tracking! what’s the point of syncing our contacts otherwise and making an account in store otherwise! And in store no one is responding, when I call general customer service, they route me back to the store. We had people stay home from work to ensure someone would be here for the delivery and assembly. No one even called to notify us. Logistics needs to be better streamlined. Hundreds of reviews are complaining about the same thing that is easily preventable-someone answer the phone and get delivery updates!

We bought a dresser set (on sale) in this store and they have given us MAYBE a store display and worst, run out of the mirror. They delivered it without a mirror. We want to return the items but no clear statement from customer service of what to do, first call is that they will see if the store will accept for a return or else they will issue a voucher or refund. We waited. Since they didn't call today, my husband followed up and a customer representative said that "we agreed to accept the items" so they won't issue a refund or a voucher. So that's it? Our money has just been eaten. I will never buy from this store again.
