V bad service
I,book 4 a taxi and he arrived (according to the map ) I called 2-3 times!!! And there was only answer machine, then I saw a taxi I thought it was him and I show him the name and the pic of the driver;he said yes and after 5 min he told me that he made a mistake!!! And drive us back to the same place !!!!! then I booked 4 another taxi ,and the system told me to Waite 17 min !! But after 7 min the booked canceled !!from the system!!! I had to wait in the street for 30 min ( I had 3 persons with me one of them is a kid ) finally I ordered for a private car even it’s expensive but at least they treat u well !! This service is not good as I thought

So bad service
I ordered through this app after awhile I receive a notification to replace some items as they are OOS I did no problem, when I received the order the guy charged me for the previous order plus he “run away” with the change I am still waiting for my change this is hilarious I have never seen this in my life I am still waiting for my change or I will take this issue to the other level.
