I’m very sad that you are leaving Oman
You are an honest service provider and very professional in handling your customers, you don’t debit the money before making sure that my list of items are complete and you give me a chance to choose alternatives when items are out of stock , you always reply and follow up my feedback and make sure that I’m a satisfied customer, because of all of your efforts in the back office I never went shopping for 2 years

Got a notification that some items in my order are out of stock and when i didn't respond on time i got an automated phone call to ask me to open the app and replace or cancel those items.
The UI is very well done and easy to use.
I recommend this app.

Worst app ever!
Placed an order then my card apparently was declined for have no idea what reason and after changing my card details amount was charged from my card ..and pop up message app read “we have payment issues ‘ something something …tried to contact them to with no luck and also contacting the shop manager..the status of the order kept changing then suddenly my account was suspended…I don’t know what’s the status of my groceries and didn’t receive any reply since you can contact them by email only ..
