Lost It’s purpose!
After the new update, The design is really good and refreshing, I liked it a lot but the hypes went down because the Application lost it’s main purpose halfway. Unable to update email anymore (Keeps giving error try again later), Support service became very unreliable. I asked them to fix my details and they told me they would fix my issue and contact me yet didn’t contact me nor fix the problem. More than weeks! Bank Muscat users no longer able to use this application after the update. I don’t know why they did this system, It was better normally before but now only Bank Dhofar and Bank Sohar customers are able to use this. Rest of the Bank in Oman cannot use and not supported. What’s the point? Due to this issue, I have to personally travel over 100+ KM to visit a branch to send money. Totally useless Application. Lost it’s purpose and made it alot difficult. I uninstalled this, It’s pointless! Need to find alternative way to send money!
