Unable to place order through the app
I’m unable to place order through the Lulu app. Once I proceed to the payment page, another page opens where I have to select the “delivery slot”, but none of the options are selectable. I’d contacted the customer care last evening, and I was told to logout of the app & login again. I did that, but the problem still persists. I then deleted the app & downloaded it again from the AppStore, re-entered all my details, but the problem still persists.
Please help.
Good
The use of the program is very easy and smooth, the access to the products is fast and the prices are also appropriate, but in the Sohar branch, not all the items are available in the program, in the Muscat branch all the items are available. Like the types of well-known personal tools and others. I hope you add all products that in store. Thanks.

With the variety of products to select from and prices of items are lower than others wasy friendly app, it helps save time and effort. This is just about the app...will give another review after receiving items I ordered.
