App is user friendly and easy to use. The item variety is also great for home grocery, but the only problem is that sometimes items out of stock are shown in the app for purchase and do not get delivered or staff forget to add all items so you get missing items. Another thing is that during official holidays(such as eid…etc.) orders don't get delivered on time.

ave a question, why is the scan&go feature no longer available in Carrefour Oman, although it used to save waiting time in queues and a practical and fast shopping experience and shows the shopper the value of purchases before reaching the accounting department in the store, especially with multiple purposes and facilitates the shopping process at the same time. I hope to answer this question..? I hope that this service will return or the least need to return the product pricing feature before reaching the accounting area so that the shopper knows the total of his purchases. There is a problem in the barcode scanning system that does not comply with the new iPhone 14pro system and with all updates to the system until the last update of the iPhone system ios16.2. The problem still exists, Other smart devices I did not face this problem (note) This problem exists in other programs that have a barcode scanning feature, but some developers of these programs with the same problem have solved this problem and Carrefour application still did not solve the problem. I hope you solve the problem or contact Apple to find out the reasons and solve them.

I’m a regular customer of Carrefour both instore and online. Off late have been noticing a pattern of NOW delivery automatically converted to regular delivery without any sort of intimation to customer. This is a big turnoff and I believe the NOW feature to be disabled from the app if carrefour can’t live up to the promise of delivery within NOW timeline outlined in the app. Live Tracking feature ran for 60mins and once timer completed 60mins, popped up an error message. Called customer service and got a reply stating that delivery team changed time to normal delivery schedule. I’m okay with normal delivery schedule but not deceptive technique of NOW delivery promise & then after Order is placed unilaterally changing it to normal delivery. Hope the team notices and make necessary corrections. Thanks
