To make an in-app purchase of an Office 365 Home or Personal subscription, open the app, go to Settings and tap on Upgrade next to your Outlook.com or Hotmail.com account. Subscriptions begin at USD 6.99 a month in the US, and can vary by region. With an Office 365 subscription, you get 1 TB of storage for each user, access to all features in Word, Excel and PowerPoint on iPad, iPhone and iPod touch, and you can install Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote on PCs or Macs.

Office 365 subscriptions purchased from the app will be charged to your iTunes account and will automatically renew within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period, unless auto-renewal is disabled beforehand. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Seamless and frictionless email app

I generally dont say this but i really like the outlook email app even more so as compared to other email apps.. it is frictionless, and doesnt load or anything. Much easier to search emails and also i find it very easy to even send long emails over the app itself.

Horrendous

The application is extremely glitchy and has so many bugs. When I open my email, many times it shows all emails with my name as the sender and when I open the emails I get an error message. Many times when I try to type an email, the keyboard keeps disappearing and I have to click again on the text input box to bring the keyboard back again and it happens every second letter I type so an email that should take 5 seconds to write takes over 2 minutes if not more. The application crashes most of the time in the middle of me reading or writing an email. All in all it is very unstable and difficult to use. If it wasn’t for my company insisting on using MS outlook for phone emails I would have deleted it immediately.

Calendar doesn’t show updates

When there’s an update in the meeting location in the calendar, it will update in the laptop calendar but not on the phone calendar, this issue is observed with several other people.
I tried to refresh, update it, check all the settings, close and open the outlook on my phone but it just won’t update the location of the meeting.
