This update addresses community requests, improves loot, fixes bugs, and improves performance!
Highlights Include:
• Skip the unmerge! You can now turn in higher-level items than a creature wants!
• Garden Pass Community Request: Quests won’t reset each day!
• Garden Pass Community Request: More Quests to do each day!
• Gold and Diamond versions of one-tap items from chains where the number of taps goes up (like Lv. 1 Pixie Hives) now get multiple taps instead on one big tap.
• Add exiting (and exclusive!) loot drops for merging top-level Pixie Hives and Scarab Gardens.
• Pixie Hives and Scarab Gardens release one tap’s worth of loot when you merge them. No more lost Pixies!
• Performance: Reduce lag when many flyaways reach a gauge at the same time.
• Performance: Reduce lag when buying out Vault of Riches ingredients.
• Performance: Reduce lag when the Guardian collects extra Pixies or Scarabs.
• Performance: Reduce memory footprint and streamline code related to writing help text.
• Help Text: Make help text more concise by using categories instead of multiple specific items where appropriate.
• Help text: If an item only produces other items right when it is created, use “make” instead of “tap” or “appear near” in help text. This should make it much clearer how to get certain rare items.
• Help text: Include premium items (like Peaceful Calm) that come with items as a way to get those items.
• Add category for “Super Sassy Plant.” This should make completing the regular Sassy Plant category feasible.
• Guardian Creatures won’t turn extra Pixies and Scarabs into Multiplier Points while there’s still land out there to upgrade for Garden XP.
• Allow unlocked-but-still-shrouded-in-nightmare to be upgraded with Pixies and Scarabs.
• In situations where you should get a Gold or Diamond item but there isn’t that version of an item, give a few extra of the regular item.
