Public transport in Oman has never been more accessible – the Mwasalat mobile application is a complete transit solution available at your fingertips.
The app features an interactive map of Oman, on which you can check real-time arrival predictions for all stops on all routes in the network.
Reduce the time spent waiting for your ride on bus stops. Once you set your travelling preferences to your personal needs and select your destination, the app will show you:
- which route(s) to take
- the nearest starting bus stop with the estimated bus arrival time
- walking time and distance to the bus stop from your current location
- transfer stops (if necessary) and waiting time
- ticket price(s)
- walking time and distance from the last bus stop to your destination
Reduce boarding time! Buy IC and IC Express tickets or top-up your Sayir e-wallet in advance with any debit/credit card. Validate your ride on the bus acceptance device with a QR code on your smartphone, sit back and enjoy the ride. You can also save locations under your Favourites for quick 1-tap access.

Ratings and Reviews
Inaccurate bus timings
I tried waiting 15 mins before and after the said time the bus time but still, no bus has arrived. Atleast they should put live tracking for buses so that we will all be aware.
Boring app
Am trying to have access to this app since 3 months but no way and is even for government
Oman should update all they systems even for bank to open account it took me 2 weeks I needed to be there at 5am this country is very low 🤧
