But there is problem with vodafone Oman . There is no option for personal hotspot, it should be some times need run laptop, and others problem the network work signal some area in between Ibri to Rustaq in mountain others network provider signal is high and other point also in Hospitals and some polyclinic there is no network signal
So need your alert

Recently a lot of problems

The app is very slow. And it is not responding on time. The payment processes not happening. It was good initially but recently it is not at all working. The customer care Whatsap is also very very slow. The Customer Care number is also not working ringing and disconnecting. From the kiosk it is taking the payment but the machine goes hang and no plan is added. I tried two times recently and I lost the money two times.
Further many times complained (both WhatsApp and call center) no proper solution. Just pushing here and there. The help desks at Lulu and Nesto has no further information and authority to check and do anything further!
After multiple complaints no one called back or tried to solve problems.
Problems are like my problems not of Vodafone/ brand.
Going digital is good but it has to connect with people / customers, this is silo.

Very user friendly

The app is so easy to use and what I enjoy the most about it is how the app is created in a way to access everything so easily and having the option to download an esim straight from the app without scanning any barcodes is so convenient.
