When the app refuses to update your outstanding balance correctly, and you call the customer service multiple times and nothing could be done to rectify the issue , it means you have no choice but to pay the outrageous amount otherwise you stay without electricity.This is my experience and if there was an alternative, I’d gladly delete this app and switch.Yeah I know this might get deleted so… it is what it is.

You guys suddenly cut the reload system in the flats and houses..insisting to use your new app Nama .. But no option to check our electricity balance!I hope before you guys implemented this you should think millions time if your app is friendly user or not!You want easy life only but the consumers are the one suffering with this new dramas!

Estimate is two months late and finally inaccuracy. And to justify this inaccuracy is an effort a costumer has to make or else just pay the bills. Call center has been unresponsive, with no follow-up or resolution. This is unacceptable. Very poor costumer service making costumers running around rather than making it easy. Even visiting the branch, staff will insist on using the app rather than finalizing you on spot. I hope this improves significantly making more decisions makers from call service and costumer issue clearance for costumer satisfsction.

All Nama aaps and disgusting why they need to make nama water and nama electricity apps ?? They can make both services in one app .Every week update update update just this Customer Service is more worst then the app
