Bad refunding
I returned some items which I paid for them by credit card
I didn’t get refund to my credit card
They gave me refund as Namshi credit
Supposed if I paid by credit card, I will receive refund to my credit card
This is written clear on the app

Very bad experience
I had been a regular client with Namshi for so long. However, I faced a couple of issues. One was return of a broken item! I didn’t get a refund, but instead they gave me points to redeem! Then the big disappointment was when I placed a big order and I was surprised that they cancelled my entire order according to their customer service was due to unverified phone number! Which I actually verified along with my National ID !! I’m expecting them to refund my order to my bank account instead of getting points because I would never shop from Namshi again and I will delete the app for good! There are many other more professional and trustworthy apps !
