Slow

The app was excellent when launched.. however in last few months it has become TOO SLOW… freezes often while making transactions or negotiating between tabs…. Either their server are overloaded or bandwidth is too much for the network… requires URGENT attention

Local Bank Transfer Fee

NBO is a state of the art for Oman. The banking system has worked and offered amazing customer service throughout. However, it is a recommendation to refute the local bank transfer fee from OMR 1.000 to below OMR 0.500. It will help the system to grow as well, we do not know how much does it cost to the bank for the initial bank to bank transfer such as NBO to Bank Muscat but it will be great if the cost can be reviewed.

When I transfer money through the application to a beneficiary party, the receipt cannot be activated or used due to a problem with the program, and also, it is not possible to file a complaint with the program
