No equipment? No problem. The "Bodyweight Only" Plan is designed to build strength and rev up your metabolism, all without you needing to touch a single piece of equipment. The workouts range from 15 to 45 minutes in length, so you can squeeze in the time to work up a good sweat no matter how busy your schedule is.

Lean and Limber
Great for all fitness levels, the 6-week "Lean Fit" Plan fires up your muscles and lungs with endurance-focused workouts that elevate your heart rate. Equipment is optional, which means no excuses.

Really motivating

This app has motivated me to finally start working out. It is beginner friendly. One thing I don’t like is that it is not optimized for apple Ipads.
