This is one app all the residents of Oman was waiting for. And it has come out great...
However nowadays every time I open the app, I am asked for GSM number and OTP and then my credentials.
Hope you can fix it soon.
Also, I would like to see option for saving credit card details so that I do not have to enter it every time
Payment not updated
The applicable is very good and easy to use however the balance of your outstanding is not updated once you pay the bill .this is an very important features for customer .And must be fixed immediately to avoid conflicts
Payment Not received
I’m really disappointed with their service as it has been more than 3 weeks that I had recharged frindi mobile number but the money not been received yet and even I have called so many times to their customer care center , got response that wait it be solved . That’s all and then there is no action or response, even had sent emails but that also didn’t work.
