Error
Can’t sign in to my account or add trips after the last update yesterday.
Sindbad mile and recent activity are not showing, and not consistent with website.
New version
Im using this app since it was launched, 1- adding boarding pass to wallet is not functioning, you have to add it through your email 2- checking your miles now is not easy as before everytime you have to log in ,not like previous version , and while log in it will take you out of app as additional link. (triplake) 3- facing slow or keeping running for long time.
Your app needs real work done
not to make this a long talk
i have been using the app since the first time the airline launched
since then nothing major was changed, even after the last update with refreshed skin
+new look
+better tool to check your miles
-the app still getting stick frequently
-it is slow
-frequent hanging specially when start trying to try multiple combination of flights in different dates, eventually it will be stuck
-no link for review in the, had to go to app store to write it
I wonder why a national airline “the only one till recently” cant place real effort to lunch real and stable app!
