Doesn’t work reliably when traveling. Especially when I try to recharge my account with credit.Doesn’t show the breakdown of one I used my Internet bandwidth, I’ve been asking for this feature for the past 10 years, but they don’t care enough to explain to people when they used your subscriptions.The most ridiculous thing is that when I run out of data and I try to recharge my account using the app, it doesn’t allow me to recharge without an active data plan.

I wouldn’t even call Ooredoo a good company because as we all know they offer a very very bad service.I expected this app to be very bad, I never expected much more of them and I also didn’t expect them to make their services any worse but oh well, they did :)I can’t even access anything, like the app used to work okay before but now it doesn’t at all, I can’t subscribe to any service it doesn’t let me as the app does not even open in the first place, I can’t subscribe using the old (*141#) way they just tell me to use the app and that “this service is no longer available”. At times I might not be at home and all I have is one rial to subscribe to a plan so I recharge and I can only access the app with mobile data turned on, when I turn it on with everything turned off for other social media platforms, I have to lose like 200 baizas and I end up having an insufficient balance for the plan.This app is extremely bad, it’s so inconvenient and useless, it will only make everything worse and harder for you, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, the only thing I can recommend to you, don’t even think of Ooredoo, buy Omantel or whatever else. Just not Ooredoo.

I can’t recharge if my data has finished and want to use the balance just to recharge. Have to find a wifi. Try to have error message to show that you aren’t subscribed to the internet instead of using the balance that people recharged for emergency. The credit card info aren’t saved every time I have to write the card number and everything else please save everything and leave the 3 verification number only to save the customers time and easy pay or just use face recognition or finger print . Give shortcuts so that people can pay without reconnecting to the internet like having it at the first page . Recharging issues occurs every time when i put everything right. Please give people mor GB at reasonable prices . People have the right to use the internet without paying too much money and learn the technology around the world not stop connecting whenever you leave your home and limited your cellular usage. Unless this is some sort of monopoly. Should you seek help with these information and ideas. Please let me know. Best regards,

I would like to take this chance to write few lines about my experience with the Ooredoo Oman. Before, I was using the cards in order to recharge my credit balance which was very time consuming, and at the same time I wasn’t very familiar with all of the services and that cost me a lot of money and effort, but when I started using the app I can see everything in front of me and choose from variety of options that suits my case.
