Ride wherever you need
Use OTAXI to request rides anywhere in Oman in just a few taps.
Open the app, select the pick up and the destination point, choose the preferred service class and the payment method. Tap ‘Request a ride’ and your driver will arrive in minutes.
Track your ride’s status
With 'OTaxi' you can see the car’s dispatch time, the driver’s route, and the car’s current location as an icon on the map in real time. You will know exactly when the driver will arrive as well as the time to destination.
Feel safe every time you ride
Learn more about your driver before the ride. Check out the driver’s name and rating, as well as the car number and color.
You can call your driver or send a message via chat, using any language you’re comfortable with - it will be translated automatically.
Feel comfortable with a female driver
You can choose OFemale service class in the app and get a ride with a female driver
Know the price before the ride
Set the pick-up and the destination points and get an affordable ride price before you ride.

Removal of bank card
I have contacted Otaxi on Twitter to add an option in the application to delete the bank card saved but unfortunately it seems that you don’t want to do it intentionally. Otaxi promised to include this in upcoming update as the team is still working on it!!! 7-10 months now and couple of updates were sent to users.

Very important
This is very important app for Muscat, especially for those who are going to work with taxi every day or don’t have local card or cash.
Problem is the app doesn’t work then there’s bad weather, it’s just not loading or saying no internet connection, when everything else works with the same internet.
I was staying many times about 30 min till app start working
Great Service
Most of the drivers are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. We had one help us jump start our car one night after our battery went flat and we called. He was very patient with us and very kind. I personally use the service a lot. Makes us love Oman even more.
