Unregister order
I ordered from the App to take the order from the restaurant itself, however after 30 minutes I reached the restaurant & my order not registered even though in the app showing they accepted & processing. It’s a wasted of time & cost, very disappointed.
Service
Unfortunately they have bad service. After waiting more than one hour the order not deliver!!
مطعم إدارته سيئة
قمت بعمل طلبية عن طريق التطبيق وحددت موقع التوصيل، وأخبرني التطبيق أن التوصيل سيكون مجانا لأقل سعر طلبية وهو ٣ ريال عماني، ولكن بعد إنتظار ما يقارب ٤٠ دقيقة، تفاجأت بإتصال من المطعم يخبرني أن موقع التوصيل بعيد ولا يمكن التوصيل مجانا، وأن الطلبية قد التغت من قبل مدير المطعم (مدير فرع الخوير في سلطنة عمان). تواصلت معه وقال لي أن تكلفة التوصيل أغلى من قيمة الطلب وأنه لن يتم توصيل الطلب!
