Not worth the money or time
Bad app in simple words,
A big company like MBC with this type of service is truly shameful. I can make a better app.
Its always down, they make you you pay twice cuz every now and then your account is active but you cant view content unless you pay again(especially in ramadhan if you know what im talking about)
Trying so hard to be Netflix they even copied the flaws in Netflix.
Half of the time you spend on the app is going to be logging and figuring out why is the app down and why does it say my password is wrong even though its saved on your phone.
And worst of all my friends is the customer service ( surprise!!!!!! the have no customer service 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣) they have the automated response that literally gets you no where.
In conclusion, dont install, not worth it.
Did i mention you cant view the content that you PAID for cuz the app is “down” 1/2 of the year🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Server issue
It’s very good app but sometimes it get problems with the apps its self , mean the problem with the company we cannot login into the apps that make me upset, we are paying money monthly to enjoy with family but it’s happening many time with me , i hope they will fix this issue ASAP….
