There are ways to improve the app in search section. for example to ask the user what refresh rate of the TV do they need and just by choosing the refresh rate it will show the list of TVs accordingly. But the app is good its better than the other apps such as emax and extra

I bought a revolver Bose speaker (I already had two) it was delivered on time, sound quality was not good , when compared to others, returned it to the store and asked for another one, was going to buy approx 1000 rials of other things, they said they had to check the speaker, it’s been over ten days and I haven’t heard back, so disappointed in the policies of Sharaf DG , went to extra and e max and bought everything I need....
They have lost business and will lose more as I will spread the truth about it

Update, it’s been over two weeks, still zero update, zero refund, zero upgrade.. zero anything other than the automatic message I got Due to writing this review.. I emailed their customer service with all the info and still no action has been taken, extremely poor customer service..

Second update
So customer service never replied to me after they told me they were concerned and I replied to their email but no one contacted me back. On top of that I receive a call saying come collect tour speaker from the store it has been fixed... obviously the person that called me has no idea about my complaint.
They still have my money and the speaker with no options whatsoever nor proper service,
For the first time in my life I am now going to involve consumer protection, extremely sad and unacceptable situation

It’s the worst service i had from them, I bought cooker since last month no response for calls and emails when it will delivered they response once every two weeks just told me excuses without been honest its out of stock
When i asked to cancel my order and refund money back still told my alot of excuses that they cannot give cash or deposit back to account
They asked me to visit their shop and when i want to their shop the staff is not there so they cannot refund my money back
I still didn’t get my money or my order
