Description
The Shifa app is developed by the Ministry of Health to provide all nationals and foreign residents of the Sultanate of Oman, access to their personal health information. Using this app requires an OTP authentication with the mobile number you registered to the ministry.

Thank you for your question. Yes, it is possible to link family members to your account, for children under the age of 18. To do this, please provide the details of your children to us by contacting our support team at the number 24441999.
Need update information
The information need to be updated directly for example blood test without revisiting the hospital can check the results from the app
Shifa App Review
I am never satisfied with the application as I have had great difficulties in viewing my own medical record and information. In other words, it needs to be updated and streamlined. That is to say, services like ‘Health Records’, ‘Medical History’, ‘Dependents’, ‘Prescriptions’, ‘Lab Investigations’, ‘Immunisation’, ‘Procedure Reports’, ‘Vital Signs’ and ‘Documents’ require to be clarified more in terms of displaying data in the app.
I wish you could listen to my feedback and work hard to fix bugs, improve performance and stability so ‘Shifa’ is even better for all users and make regular behind-the-scenes updates to keep everything running smoothly.
