Iphone login Issue
From last two days we are unable to login in Iphone but with my friend Andorid phone is working please let us know what is the issue & when it will be solve .
Brilliant idea In Incompetent Hands
The idea of encouraging the legal transfer of foreign exchange into Pakistan by rewarding the remitters through this app must have been the brainchild of some genius. However, I don’t have the right words to describe the incompetence of the team responsible for its implementation through Sohni Dharti app . I have been trying to register on this app for over a year now but every time I hit a glitch. Last time almost 3 months ago when I contacted the admin of the app on phone I was told that the app was under maintenance and will be available for new users from 28th February 2024. I suggested them that they could have posted UNDER MAINTENANCE message on the opening page of the app to save the users the trouble of filling the entire application only to learn at the end that the app was under maintenance.
Today is 13th of March 2024 yet there is another obstruction in the registration. I completed the full application form and submitted only to get the response “ PLEASE UPDATE YOUR APPLICATION VERSION TO PROCEDE”
I don’t know what it means as there is no updated version of application available in the app.
My only request to the admins of Sohni Dharti is if you cannot handle and maintain such a simple app please remove it altogether from the App Store.
Update app means not login again
I updated the application as per message and now unable to login again because after updating same message coming again n again, where are app developers???
