The official app of Swell Studio, Virginia Beach's very own class-based boutique fitness studio. Our studio was designed to meet all of your fitness and wellness needs under one roof. We believe that movement is a privilege and good things come to those who sweat. At Swell, we celebrate the gift of movement by providing a safe space to be present, move your body, and challenge yourself and others. We use the heartbeat of our community to drive momentum, create passion, and move to the rhythm of Swell. Our mantra is simple but effective: stay strong, stay focused, stay Swell.
