TM DONE 4+

I ordered from burger king (Ruwi) but they messed up my order and gave me the wrong order instead. Later they didn’t pick up my call and when I contacted tmdone on live chat they told me they’ll contact burger king IF they pick up their call. I waited for a reply but they didn’t tell me anything.
So I asked for a solution and they left that message on seen lol.

Please, don’t order from here or you’ll be disappointed.

Tm done is doing an excellent job with delivering orders it brings orders fast one thing that I like about Tm done is not allowing a driver to have more than one order and I do like that This makes the food come faster and hotter on your doors steps second this I do like the cheap delivery price.

I hope they fix is that they don't accept credit cards only debit cars and I hope they fix this thing.

That is all I can say for now.

I have had the worst experience with one of their drivers, behaved very poorly and shut the phone on my face, it is very important to take into consideration that not everyone can speak Arabic, please make sure that you hire someone who can speak English as well.

For the costumer service, I contacted them and they were very slow with their response, I think that tm done has to work on that as well.

Nevertheless, I’m very disappointed with the treatment, I definitely think that they can do so much better if they monitor everything, please consider my suggestion as I really want to support tm done and see them flourish.
