Ratings and Reviews
You pay but still can’t stream and no refund scammers
I subscribed for the tournaments and I can’t stream and it keeps asking to subscribe again and pay twice and not even sure if that would work! The streaming on other channels is very poor too. You get 70% continuous streaming time. It doesn’t worth it!
There is also no help desk and the robotic help desk does address such issue. I received a receipt and shows the amount paid and it shows Apple-like receipts but can’t get refund and can’t cancel through the app.
I also notice, the subscription doesn’t show in my App Store under subscription.
These are scammers, find alternatives.
WORST APP EVER
Not only the app is glitchy and all but they have the audacity to deduct payment from me 3 times and I repeat 3 times for the Asian cup and they didn’t even activate it!! They didn’t activate and they ask me to make another payment for activation.
I tried finding their customer service number but it doesn’t exist I’ve sent many emails with no replies. So they steal and don’t even answer. How is this possible in the App Store and for a company that represents sport in the region?
