Ratings and Reviews
Very poor service
Zoom car at Kolkata is having a worst service. Calling in customer care will hangup for long hours . Unfortunately, no one response properly. I recommend everyone to be safe and careful with zoom car tram.
Very bad experience
I faced very bad experience booking Zoomcar… after reaching the location I experienced car is not in working condition and not able to cancel or change, even customer care didn’t respond. Zoomcar didn’t refund money. I advice not to go for Zoomcar.
You will never get Advance amount you paid. 100% sure
as per zoomcar terms refund will get within 30 days. But the last 180 days are over. I have not received my advance amount 3000 Rupees yet.
