Hola, alguien tiene de por qué cada vez que abro la app se sale de la app? He intentado varías veces hasta desde otros dispositivos y no me permite poder configurar mi Alexa. Ayuda por favor
No reconoce mi echo plus
He descargado el app al darle siguiente al tutorial me aparecen solo 3 opciones debajo y no las 5 que deberían aparecer, la bocina nueva recién encendida dice que está lista para emparejar y la app no la reconoce
Problemas para configurar echo dot
No eh podido configurar mi echo dot cuando abro esta app no me aparece los 5 iconos que salen en el tutorial en la parte inferior, y cuando le doy a los menus en Dispositivos me sale en blanco y no pasa nada, e desinstalado y descargado más de 5 veces la app y aún continua con ese problema,
Porfavor les pido que resuelvan ese problema ya q ise una inversión comprado ese dispositivo.
