Provides instant graphs and reports when you use sliders or steppers to change the values. Your goal is not only to reduce the monthly payment. You also need to know how long the extra years you need to pay, how much you can save on the interest paid, how soon you can recoup the fees, and what is the real interest rate -- APR. Select the best strategy by yourself.

1. Automatically calculate your remaining balance when you know your remaining term years or months.
2. You cannot change the remaining balance amount even though you can cash out and borrow more money.
3. Instant APR calculation.
4. Use steppers (+/-) to increase or decrease the cash-out or total cost amount.
5. Use sliders to change the term years and interest values.
6. Or, you can directly enter your exact values into the text boxes and press the Calculate button.
