DYNOSTICS is a smart system for performance and metabolism analysis and determines the current state of fitness in just a few minutes based on the respiratory gases, completely without medical expertise.

DYNOSTICS performance shows exactly in which pulse ranges the most fats are burned, when performance is increased and when muscles in the anaerobic range over-acidify.

In addition, the metabolism analysis DYNOSTICS nutrition determines the exact personal basal metabolic rate, which means the calorie consumption at rest, and how much carbohydrates, fat, and protein the body burns proportionately.

Whether losing weight or increasing performance, the user receives a personal evaluation and can purchase tailor made nutrition and trainings plans*.
