I was being charged twice for two different subscriptions on the same email that I was not aware. Even after canceling the subscription in the App Store, I was continued to be billed.
When requested a refund, I was told they could not do anything.

The app is great overall. I’ve learned html and css coding in a short amount of time, but a lot of the questions they ask are incredibly boring. Instead of allowing us to type in the answers all the time, the website assumes we need help and suggests the answers, turning the whole experience of coding into a boring multiple choice quiz. I understand allowing people to choose from an answer bank, but prohibiting people from typing in the answer? Why? Just let us type in the answers. I find that I memorize the language much faster when im able to develop a mechanical connection to the code. If it wasn’t for this, I would have rated the app 5 stars.
