Too Many Unsolved issues

I’m really sad to write this review, because this app promises all good things, but they don’t really work.
Every time I get a Notification (N) from the company the app stops refreshing.
The logten export feature works poorly, it exports RANDOM data, like all the crew members names? Instead it doesn’t export the times correctly (I had to correct the times on the logten afterwards).
And finally, this month the app just doesn’t update my rosters data anymore.
All these issues were reported, but NONE of them were resolved or corrected.
I want my money back

Expensive

Who said That I can’t afford it??? However for the features, I got the same for another apps for free.
